West Side
On the West Side of Owen Sound along 10th street, the Sunset Strip accounts
for 23% of the retail space in Owen Sound.
In addition to specialty stores, fast food restaurants and car dealerships,
major tenants of the Sunset Strip are Foodland, Zellers, Staples and TSC.
Recently, Galaxy Cinemas constructed a 7-theatre complex on the site
of a former shopping centre. A large NO FRILLS store, a new Giant Tiger
store, and several smaller retailers share the location.
