From pre-school to post-secondary, Owen Sound has all levels of education covered.

Owen Sound has both a public and separate school board, with Georgian College offering post-secondary education on its campus here. There are also several alternative private educational institutions in the city.

School Boards:

• The Bluewater District School Board oversees numerous elementary schools and two high schools in Owen Sound, as well as overseeing education throughout Grey and Bruce counties.
• The Bruce Grey Catholic District School Board administrates Catholic education in Owen Sound and across the Grey and Bruce Region.
