Zoning Facts and Figures
- Zoning is the industrial park is (M2-), a general industrial zone
permitting the broadest range of manufacturing and industrial uses.
- Lands around the edge of the industrial park are zoned (M1-) which
permit a light industrial zone. Industrial uses that have off-site impacts
are discouraged.
- Lot coverage of 60% to 80% is possible depending on zoning and site
layout.
- Specific by-laws provide guidance for minimum lot sizes, building
setbacks and parking requirements to which all development must comply.
