Community Planning and Heritage Advisory Committee (CPHAC)In early 2006, the Community Planning and Heritage Advisory Committee (CPHAC) was formed by consolidating the Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee (MHAC) and the Community Planning Advisory Committee (CPAC). CPHAC held its first meeting on Thursday, May 4, 2006. The committee consists of three council members and seven members of the community who are appointed by city council, as well as a city staff liaison, the Community Planner. MeetingsThe Committee meets monthly on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00pm. All members of the public are welcome to attend. Through resolutions, CPHAC makes recommendations to City Council on planning issues and matters of cultural and historical significance.
