Make sure fire is completely out before leaving hall. |
Regulations
• Fire regulations allow 100 people only.
• Hall dimensions: 47'5" x 27'2"
• NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED.
• Building must be vacated at end of rental, and NO LATER THAN
11:00 P.M.
• Please leave the hall clean — garbage bags are there for easy cleanup
and removal of trash. |
Equipment
- 15 x 6 ft tables
- approx. 80 chairs
- fridge
- stove
- two percolators (50 & 30 cups)
- there are NO utensils, cloths,
soap, etc.
Refunds
A full refund less administration fee will be issued of the facility
booking is cancelled a minimum of 6 months in advance, or if the facility
is rebooked by another party.
Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations made less than 6 months
prior to date booked unless the facility is rebooked by another party.
